Data Controller

Types of Data Collected

  • Browsing data. Through Google Analytics we collect aggregated and anonymized information about site usage (visited pages, time spent, geographical area, device type, etc.). IP addresses are anonymized and data do not allow direct identification of the user.
  • Data voluntarily provided. When the contact form is filled out, the user provides name, email address and a message. These data are used exclusively to respond to requests for support or information.

Purpose of Processing

  1. Anonymous statistical analysis of site visits (Google Analytics).
  2. Handling of contact and support requests submitted via the form.

Legal Basis

  • Google Analytics: user consent collected through the cookie banner.
  • Contact form: performance of pre-contractual measures (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), i.e. responding to a user’s request.

Processing & Security

Data are processed electronically and protected with appropriate technical and organizational security measures.

Retention Period

  • Google Analytics data: retained according to Google’s retention settings (e.g. 14 months).
  • Contact form data: stored only for the time necessary to reply, and no longer than 12 months.

Data Sharing

Data are not shared with third parties. Google Analytics is provided by Google LLC, acting as a data processor.

User Rights

As a data subject, you may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to privacy@salvacontatto.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
